Reactive maintenance

Refix offer a fast and flexible reactive maintenance service tailored to customers needs. At Refix we understand that poor building fabric maintenance has a negative effect on productivity and our priority is always to make premises safe and secure with as little disruption to normal trading as possible.

Planned Maintenance

Refix considers the most cost effective way to avoid problems is to undertake a programme of planned property maintenance. Planned maintenance is effective in reducing any disruption and makes budget planning more efficient. For example; regular roof and gutter clearance can avoid blockages that may result in water damage to valuable stock and expensive redecorations. It is also worth remembering that research has shown a well maintained property is less likely to be targeted by vandals and criminals.

Estimated and small works

Refix has a team of estimators who fully understand the requirements of current legislation and tender for property maintenance works up to £250,000.

Site Compliance Manager

Shane is based ‘on the road’ visiting sites, providing support for both our clients and our engineers. He will always be happy to listen to your concerns, will report back or take action, as appropriate, and will ensure the resolution of any issues to the satisfaction of all parties.

Estimators / Project Managers

Our estimators are available to provide quotation for larger maintenance projects (up to approx. £250,000). They have a wide and long combined experience within the property maintenance sector and are available to offer client’s advice on their maintenance issues, providing solutions and costings. Refix can provide quotations for refurbishments, EHO or Fire Officer works, re-decorations, refits, schedules of dilapidations.

Once ordered the work will be overseen by the same Estimator/Project Manager, ensuring continuity and a full understanding of the client requirements.
