Our client receives “Best Loo of the Year 2010”

A national pub chain have won the ‘Best Loo of the Year award’ for 2010. Having entered 148 pubs they accumulated the award by having a large number of winning pubs in various categories. Three of the categories are rated by stars i.e. 3 star, 4star, and 5 star (5 star being the best). In the 5 star category they had 108 pubs awarded and in the 4 star they had 40 awarded. There were no pubs in the 3 star category.

The awards were based on a number of check points which included condition of the toilets, fittings, cubicles e.t.c. Ensuring that all toilets, urinals were flushing and draining correctly, were not chipped or cracked. That all tiles were correct and not cracked, chipped or broken. No tripping hazards etc.

Out of the 108 pubs in category 5 we maintain 16 on “Man In Van” visits. This goes to prove that we are doing our job correctly in looking after these properties. The award winning pubs are:
