Here at Refix, we have decided to do something a bit different. As you can see from our Guarantee page, one of our guarantees is to listen to your feedback.

We strongly believe that no successful company can grow and develop to the best of their ability without honest and impartial feedback from their clients. This is why your feedback is crucial! Refix has joined forces with a third party called The Disc to manage a comprehensive feedback system to help us achieve perfection.

We will be using two main systems to enable our clients provide us with this important feedback. Firstly, our engineers will be leaving “free post” feedback cards with premises managers when they have completed a job. These can be filled in at any point and popped in the post to the impartial company The Disc (not to us, as you can remain anonymous if you wish).

Secondly, you can leave your feedback online. This will take you to a website where you can type your feedback online and give Refix a rating – Click here
